Natasha is Head of Finance at Climate Imperative, where she supports internal financial and accounting systems and oversees the Finance and Operations team.
Natasha is a nonprofit executive with over 20 years’ experience developing strategy, financial models, and operational efficiencies for high-growth social impact organizations. She believes building operational capacity and financial sustainability are essential components for service organizations to truly maximize community impact.
Natasha began her career in information technology, working for a nonprofit organization that engages and develops young leaders of color. After working in a technology role for several years, she returned to school to pursue her MBA. During that time, she served as an Education Pioneers graduate fellow, further igniting her passion for education, leadership development, and social justice. Since then, Natasha has served in varied executive management and finance roles for several nonprofit organizations, most recently as CFO for a start-up education consulting firm.
Natasha holds a BFA from Emerson College and an MBA from the University of Oregon, where she focused her studies on sustainable business and entrepreneurship. She also earned a nonprofit management certificate from the University’s Department of Planning, Public Policy and Management. A Massachusetts native, she recently returned “home” after living in the Pacific Northwest for 16 years. She currently resides in the Greater Boston area.
