Erin Malcolm-Brandt
Head of Board Engagement & Development
Erin is Head of Board Engagement & Development at Climate Imperative. In this role, Erin supports the President and Executive Director on all matters related to the Climate Imperative Foundation Board of Directors and Advisory Council, including meeting logistics, communications, and engagement strategy.
Helping mission-driven organizations reach their ambitious goals is the cornerstone of Erin’s career. For over 15 years, Erin has designed and implemented decarbonization programs and led strategic planning for public, private, and non-profit organizations across the U.S.. Her experience includes overseeing day-to-day program and organizational operations, including grant administration, client and partner relations, and staff development, as well as with working with senior leadership and staff to identify strategic and efficient ways to improve outcomes and achieve goals.
Erin holds a B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and a M.A. in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University. Erin is an AICP Certified Planner and a LEED Green Associate.
