Soo Rho
Program Manager, Board Engagement and Development

Soo is the Program Manager for Board Engagement and Development at Climate Imperative. In this role, she helps build and maintain strategic relationships with the foundation’s Board of Directors and Advisory Council.

Prior to joining Climate Imperative, Soo led executive engagement and sustainability communications at Beyond Meat, served as the chief speechwriter at USAID for the U.S. government’s food insecurity initiative, worked in government affairs at PepsiCo, and advised clients on brand reputation and issues management at Edelman. She also served as Board Co-Chair of CAPAL, a nonprofit helping increase access to public service opportunities for Asian American, Native Hawaiian, and Pacific Islander youth.

Soo holds a B.S. in media studies and communications from New York University and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California (fight on!). She is currently based in the greater Los Angeles area.
