Xiaolin Luo is a Grants Associate for Climate Imperative, where she works with the Grants Team to oversee the foundation’s grant-making effectiveness, compliance, and improvements.
Before returning to Climate Imperative as a full-time team member, she was an intern and consultant for the Grants Team. She assisted with database tracking and reconciliation, project management, and creating deliverables to provide insight into operational effectiveness and standard operating procedures. Xiaolin has experience analyzing and delivering research on local and global public health and other policy issues. She also has experience working with various organizations to advance innovation, philanthropy, and investing in the sustainability and environmental field.
Xiaolin received her degree in Human Biology and Society and Global Studies from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is based in her hometown, San Francisco. In her free time, she enjoys trying new food spots, taking fitness classes, and going on long walks in the city.
